Letting fees

6% plus vat of monthly rent for tenant find with free rent collection, fees are deducted from the monthly rent collected.

10% plus vat of monthly rent for full management services, fees are deducted from the monthly rent collected.

We strongly recommend all landlords take out a rent protection policy as well as the mandatory landlord insurance policy.

Landlords are liable for maintenance and ground rent charges, landlord and building insurance policies. Landlords must also ensure service boards have landlords’ accounts set up for new tenants.
